My random act was buying candy for the workers I encounter everyday at my daughters sports activities. We talk everyday when I check her in for her sport and I figured they needed something to sweeten up their day. They were so grateful and it feels good to do something even so small.

My son also passed away a few years ago. You never forget and the heart will always be heavy. Once a month I started a tradition of bringing a extra bouquet of flowers for a grave at the cemetery. Sometimes it’s a child that passed or I love reading the beautiful tributes that loved ones write and leave them there in honor of great love. I find so much peace in doing this, and knowing how much all these other people were loved by their families.
Karen L., Charlotte, North Carolina I really love dogs but don't have any pets of my own, so twice a week I will walk three of the dogs in my neighborhood around in the park. The come from families who work multiple jobs so they don't have as much time as me to take care of them. They really appreciate it and I love hanging out with the dogs!
Sean D., Madison, Wisconsin My Random Act of Kindness was participating in a food drive at my church. This bracelet is great and acts as a reminder to me to join in on more activities like this in the future!
